- Support tickets: retained for up to 2 years.
- Audit and compliance logs: retained for up to 5 years.
- Marketing contacts: retained for up to 1 year after last interaction.
- User session data: retained for up to 90 days.
- Employment applications: retained for up to 3 years.
International Transfers
Your data may be processed in the U.S. or other countries. We protect it through appropriate safeguards, including EU Standard Contractual Clauses, Data Processing Agreements with our subprocessors, and encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+).
